Their take on the classic Italian liqueur, it is a whole ingredient amaretto in a category of liqueurs that have lost their way and end up tasting synthetic and overly sweet. Not the No.82, this amaretto is naturally sweet and made with five simple whole ingredients listed right on the bottle. Starting with extracts that are made in house from Bourbon vanilla beans and apricot kernels, the spirit is then sweetened with BC blackberry honey and demerara before being left to rest on whole apricots.
