PICK YOUR CRAFT

Find the perfect beverage for any occasion by browsing the Featured Producers and Most Popular products on our homepage or use the search bar at the top of any page on the site. Drill down by product type or region, click on “Advanced” to the right of the search bar for our Craft Ambassador tool. View all producers in each Western Canadian region on the Producers page. Add your products to your shopping cart!

SELECT SHIPPING & PAYMENT

After you have carted your products, head to the checkout page. During checkout, select your preferred shipping carrier and cost. Remember, all products are shipped directly to you from the respective craft producers, so if you have picked wine, beer and/or spirits from several different producers, you will need to select a shipping method for each one. Once Billing and Shipping details are confirmed, you will be prompted to pay with a credit card. The payment system is SSL protected and PCI compliant. In other words, we employ the strongest measures in safety, security, and trust regarding our payment technology, so you can rest easy.

RECEIVE PACKAGE & ENJOY

Deliveries will go to the shipping address that you list on your order and the recipient must show identification upon delivery to verify that they are of legal drinking age. Open your Enjoy Craft  of wine, beer, spirits, cider or mixers and more – and enjoy the goodness of Western Canada.

Our Delivery Procedure 

Shipping Carriers

Currently, Enjoy Craft’s participating producers will work with Canada Post and FedEx. However, producers may choose to ship by alternate carriers at their discretion (ie. Loomis, ATS Healthcare, etc.). All shipments are within Canada.

Updated Delivery Notice:  All orders are shipped directly to you from each participating producer by their preferred carrier. Many of our EC partners will use a courier to ship to you and these couriers will make contactless delivery to your door. In cases where Canada Post is the preferred carrier, please note that currently Canada Post is delivering all packages to the nearest Canada Post outlet and you will be notified where you can pick up your order. Delivery Costs

When you check out with your selected products, you are presented with the lowest priced option for delivery, however you can change the speed and cost options for your delivery during the Checkout process.

Tracking Orders

All orders are shipped to you directly from the respective producers, and they are responsible for providing you with tracking numbers. Most producers will contact you by phone or email with this information shortly after you place the order on our site.  If you have placed your order and not received a tracking number within 2 business days, please reach out to the respective producer to inquire about this.

Delivery Attempts 

Different carriers implement different protocols if you are unavailable when they try to deliver your package. Canada Post will normally leave a delivery notice with the time of attempted delivery and the address of a nearby postal depot where you can pick up your package.

Policies and Procedures 

Returns 

All product deliveries are shipped directly from the respective producer to the consumer’s provided address. Enjoy Craft is the intermediary and is not involved in the sale, packing, shipping or actual delivery of any product.

You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s physical address is correct. If you have listed incorrect shipping details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred due to returns or re-shipments.

Upon delivery, if you wish to return any faulty product (broken bottles, corked product), it is incumbent upon you to immediately contact the producer that shipped the faulty product and adhere to their return policies. You may be required to retain the bottle of faulty liquid (recorked and at least 3/4 full) for examination by the producer.

By using the Enjoy Craft Marketplace website, you accept and acknowledge that you are subject to the return policies of each producer that you have ordered product from. For further details and information on deliveries, please refer to the Product Delivery page.

Cancellations

Enjoy Craft’s participating producers process all orders made through our site. As such, we are unable to cancel, make changes, or apply a coupon code or gift certificate to an order once it has been confirmed by the underlying producer and entered the delivery process. If you need to cancel an unconfirmed order, please contact us immediately to initiate this process.
