Currently, Enjoy Craft’s participating producers will work with Canada Post and FedEx. However, producers may choose to ship by alternate carriers at their discretion (ie. Loomis, ATS Healthcare, etc.). All shipments are within Canada.
Updated Delivery Notice: All orders are shipped directly to you from each participating producer by their preferred carrier. Many of our EC partners will use a courier to ship to you and these couriers will make contactless delivery to your door. In cases where Canada Post is the preferred carrier, please note that currently Canada Post is delivering all packages to the nearest Canada Post outlet and you will be notified where you can pick up your order. If you would like to inquire about delivery options, please email us.
When you check out with your selected products, you are presented with the lowest priced option for delivery, however you can change the speed and cost options for your delivery during the Checkout process.
All orders are shipped to you directly from the respective producers, and they are responsible for providing you with tracking numbers. Most producers will contact you by phone or email with this information shortly after you place the order on our site. If you have placed your order and not received a tracking number within 2 business days, please reach out to the respective producer to inquire about this.
Different carriers implement different protocols if you are unavailable when they try to deliver your package. Canada Post will normally leave a delivery notice with the time of attempted delivery and the address of a nearby postal depot where you can pick up your package.
